Role Overview
As an Account Executive on our DACH team, you’ll take on a pivotal role in closing new opportunities and finding ways to grow the pipeline. We are seeking a proactive, target-driven professional with a passion for sales. Your focus will be on identifying potential clients, crafting tailored solutions, and driving revenue growth through consultative selling.
Key Responsibilities
Market Expansion: Identify and target new opportunities in the DACH region, focusing on untapped industries and prospects;
Pipeline Development: Maintain a robust pipeline by working with your BDA, generating leads, qualifying prospects, and guiding them through the sales funnel. During that process work with internal teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure alignment in outcomes;
Consultative Selling: Collaborate with clients to understand their unique challenges and demonstrate how Agriplace solutions add value to their operations;
Strategic Outreach: Develop and execute effective outreach strategies.
Job Requirements
Expertise: 5+ years of quota-carrying experience in a fast-paced market with a focus on closing net new logos and expanding accounts;
Builder Profile: You want to help build something great;
German Fluency: Proficiency in German is required to establish strong client relationships and engage effectively with stakeholders in the DACH market;
Hunter Mentality with Strategic Insights: A proactive, business-development mindset complemented by the skills to refine sales processes, develop market strategies, and create sales playbooks that position Agriplace for success in the DACH region.
Based in Amsterdam: With the flexibility to travel across the DACH market as needed
