Team/Role Overview
The Customer Success team is dedicated to ensuring our customers realize the full value of our product. We guide users through onboarding, provide clear and ongoing support, and ensure they are confident in using the platform effectively. By building strong, proactive relationships, we stay closely connected with our customers, checking in regularly to understand their goals and help them achieve measurable outcomes. We identify opportunities to deliver additional value, address potential issues before they arise, and foster long-term customer satisfaction and retention. Our mission is to be a trusted partner at every stage of the customer journey.
You will play a key part in that:
Your main responsibility is assisting the customer success team in keeping our customers satisfied by listening to their needs & wants
You manage the onboarding of new customers data and supply chain
Helping and developing new initiatives that will allow our team to improve our relationship with our customers
What We're Looking For

Collaboration – as we are a small company, being able to work well together is essential
Native or Bilingual German speaker
Professional English speaking level
You are currently enrolled in a university or near the end of your studies.
You are available for a full-time (40 hours) internship of 5-6 months, ideally starting in September 2025

Internship compensation of 500,- per month and in your internship, you will get the same amount of vacation days as in an employment (25 vacation days per year).
