Marketing & Design Intern - Growing Impact Scale Up

As a Marketing & Design Intern, you will play a vital role in enhancing our brand's visual presence across multiple channels, including social media, PR materials, and our website. This is an opportunity to showcase your creativity, improve your design skills, and help us achieve a professional, consistent, and engaging visual identity. You’ll gain hands-on experience working on impactful projects while receiving mentorship from experienced professionals in marketing.

Your responsibilities

• LinkedIn Visual Design: Create high-quality, consistent visual content for LinkedIn, including both static and dynamic imagery that aligns with our brand identity.

• PR Materials & Creative Execution: Generate creative ideas and transform concepts into visually compelling marketing and PR materials.

• Website Visual Contribution: Enhance existing website visuals, such as illustrations and icons, to achieve a polished and professional look.

• Growth Initiatives: Lead projects that strengthen and unify our brand identity across all visual touchpoints.

What We’re Looking For

• Design Tools: Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or similar.

• Education: You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

• Strong Creativity: A strong eye for detail and design, with the ability to create clean, professional visuals.

• Proactivity: A self-starter with a desire to learn, take initiative, and grow in a fast-paced environment.

• Confident Team collaboration: Strong in working effectively within the Marketing team and cross-functional teams.
