About the role

As our Marketing Intern, you will have a strong focus on Events and working alongside a talented team consisting of our Growth Marketer, Sustainability & Marketing Assistant and reporting into the Head of Marketing.

Join our team during this exciting phase of growth, by collaborating with our marketing and sales teams to develop our event strategy. You'll identify valuable event opportunities, generate quality leads, and uncover growth potential while applying your commercial and entrepreneurial mindset.

Your Responsibilities

  • Event strategy: Work with the marketing and sales teams to develop event strategy and objectives that align with marketing and sales priorities

  • Generate leads: Drive marketing generated, and influenced pipeline through online and offline events   

  • Event planning: Responsible for the overall event planning including pre-event marketing, speaking sessions, and post-event marketing, follow-ups  

  • Event opportunities: Research and identify conferences for speaking and sponsorship slots 

  • Internal events: Set up and organize webinars and events to create brand awareness, build thought leadership, and generate leads 

  • Event results: Analyse, track, and report on event ROI 

  • Event merchandise: Manage event marketing materials and equipment  

What we’re looking for

  • You’re passionate about event organising, with a track record of planning gatherings or events for your current workplace, friends or family etc.

  • Bachelor or Master's degree in marketing, hospitality, or related field

  • Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)

  • You have a proactive attitude with an entrepreneurial mindset

  • You’re highly organised and skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously 

  • You’re commercial and results-driven in your approach

  • You’re a natural networker who enjoys building meaningful connections
