Role Overview

As a Recruitment Coordinator, you play a key role in attracting and hiring top talent while supporting recruitment processes. You collaborate closely with hiring managers, optimize recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Being a sparring partner for hiring managers and working closely with them to hire the next top colleague

  • Analyze recruitment KPIs and translate them into actions. You actively adjust the recruitment process where necessary

  • Publishing job postings, screening resumes, conducting screening calls, and interviews, actively following up and informing candidates

  • Presenting Agriplace on the job market (online and offline)

  • Actively approach candidates via LinkedIn and other channels and setting up talent pools

  • Maintain a strong talent pool and relationships with external agencies

What we’re looking for:

  • Empathy & active listening: You know how to gain the trust of (latent) job seekers, how to explore and discuss opportunities within the organization and you have a real eye for talent

  • Proactive Mindset: You are willing to take initiative, learn new skills, and improve our recruitment process

  • Strong organized and time management skills: You can manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Requirements

  • You have 2+ years of experience as a (Corporate) Recruiter

  • Proven experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle

  • You master the English language

  • You have strong communication skills and know how to adapt easily to a phone call or interview with a candidate

Preferred but optional skills:

  • Besides English, a second (Dutch) or third language is a big plus
