Role Overview 

As our RevOps Specialist, you'll drive efficiency and growth across sales, marketing, and customer success through advanced analytics, AI-driven automation, and seamless systems integration. Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, we're seeking someone passionate about turning data into action, leveraging AI to streamline workflows, improve decision-making, and scale operations. Most importantly, you’ll build processes and systems with lasting, measurable impacts

Key Responsibilities

  • GTM Process: Streamline and automate processes across sales, marketing, and customer success, optimizing CRM (HubSpot), automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, N8N), and GTM platforms. 

  • AI Integration: Implement AI tools and predictive analytics to enhance forecasting, customer segmentation, and pipeline effectiveness. 

  • Data, Insights and Analytics: Track and monitor performance indicators for the business. Conduct analyses and predictive modeling to deliver actionable insights that directly improve performance, revenue and customer retention.  

  • Align Marketing, Sales, Finance and CS teams: Partner closely with sales, marketing, finance, and customer success to align strategies and execution through data-driven decisions. 

  • CRM Gatekeeper - Be the gatekeeper for data hygiene in our CRM and help onboard team members so that they are effective in the platform. 

Job Requirements

  • Revenue Operations/Data Expertise: 3+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or similar roles. Experience in predictive analytics, and data-driven process enhancements. 

  • Tech-Savvy: Proven experience implementing and optimizing CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred), sales automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, N8N), AI/ML analytics platforms, and Excel. Experience leveraging AI tools (LLMs and Agents). 

  • Analytical Mindset: Exceptional ability to interpret complex datasets, translate them into actionable strategies, and communicate insights effectively. Experience in building and implementing funnel tracking. 

  • Excellent Communicator: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to present insights compellingly to stakeholders at all levels.
