Role Overview
As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll lead the end-to-end design process, from early-stage research to final product delivery. You’ll shape intuitive digital experiences that help sustainability departments at various types of companies do their work. You’ll work closely with engineers, product managers, sales, and customer success teams to create solutions that make complex processes seamless. Keeping a sharp focus on our users, you'll craft experiences that not only improve their business but also make their daily work easier and more enjoyable.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design vision and strategy for our larger clients.
Conceptualise new products and features based on market input and research.
Lead the design effort to turn concepts into tangible, fully designed user flows.
Collaborate closely with the development team to build and ship actual user value.
Collaborate closely with our customer success teams to roll-out and improve our products.
Be an internal advocate for our users, by fully understanding and addressing their pain.

Job requirements
Experience and background
A bachelor or master degree from a technical university (e.g. Industrial Design, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field).
At least 5 years experience in SaaS or complex workflow-heavy products (not just consumer apps).
Preferably from a scale-up or product-led company, rather than only an agency background.
Experience in enterprise UX, designing for multi-user environments, complex workflows, or data-heavy interfaces, is a pre.
Technical and design skills
Strong UX design expertise – design research, wireframing, user flows, prototyping, user validation.
Visual UI design expertise is a plus, but the primary focus should be UX problem-solving.
Comfortable with design systems and working within technical constraints.
Sufficient understanding of the technical side of product development, being able to collaborate with developers.
Mindset and work style
Self-driven – Can operate with limited direction, but seeks input when needed.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured approach to design challenges.
Adaptable to ambiguity, since scale-up environment means priorities can shift, important to enjoy the rapid movement and thrive in ambiguity.
