Making our food supply chain more sustainable is one of the greatest challenges of our time. Agriplace is a rapidly growing B2B SaaS company focused on solving this challenge simplifying and streamlining compliance processes within the agrifood supply chain.
We are a dynamic, international team of 55 passionate professionals, determined to create a profound impact and build the world's largest supply chain network. We provide buyers, such as wholesalers and European retailers, with critical insights into the sustainability and safety of their products. We make compliance with market requirements simple, so sustainability becomes not just a goal, but a reality. Our organisation has grown quickly, and we are now seeking a Sr. product manager to help us establish the next phase of growth.
Your role
- Responsible for key pillar(s) of our product, ensuring value & viability
Collaborating closely with the product team (3 PMs, 3 product designers), development team and our customers, you will define a strategic roadmap that aligns with our ambitious growth objectives and vision. You inspire and rally team(s) behind the same goals, rooted in your insights.
- Strategic sparring partner, shaping product strategy collaboratively
Part of your role is being a valuable sparring partner to product leadership based on your market insights. You will actively contribute to the overall product strategy while navigating strategic challenges ahead of us, and bring this strategy to life throughout the organisation.
- Hands-on product discovery and ideation
Together with product design and engineering, you’ll translate insights into pragmatic, yet smooth solutions based on your experience in UX and tech. You will take ownership of the entire product lifecycle, guiding team(s) from ideation through execution and iteration, ensuring we prioritise and build what truly matters.
- Enhancing product development processes
Based on your pattern recognition in B2B SaaS product management, you will help lift our product development processes to the next level.
Are you our ideal candidate?
You’re a first-principles thinker who is quick on their feet and easily deconstructs problems into their core elements. You have over 7 years of experience in Product Management, driving growth in SaaS environments, and have resilience to thrive in a fast-growing, dynamic organizations. You’re pragmatic but know when to optimize for longer term goals. You are hands-on and just genuinely enjoy building good products together with like-minded peers.
Although you’re emphatic, you’re not a people pleaser. You know that effective prioritization is essential, navigating complex challenges with skill and comfortably finding the balance between competing stakeholder needs—from engineers to enterprise clients.
Additionally, you have a strong understanding of agile methodologies. Proficiency in English is essential, and knowledge of Dutch is a plus.

- 7 years of experience in product management in a B2B SaaS & Start-up or Scale-up – you therefore have developed pattern recognition for typical (product) challenges in growth environments;
- Strong analytical skills and the ability and stamina to work through complex product challenges;
- Hands-on mentality and flexibility to handle both strategic and operational tasks;
- Experience with external stakeholders (clients, partners, etc.) and the ability to present strategy and solutions clearly and convincingly.
