What does the interview process look like?
We have the following proces in place: intro meeting with recruiter - meet the hiring manager - assesment (depending on the role) - culture fit interview - offer.
Do you offer remote or hybrid working?
Of course! We offer the possibility to work from our office in central Amsterdam or partially remotely, with a minimum of 3 days per week in the office.
What does the onboarding process look like?
Our onboarding experience starts with sessions on our mission, values, and how we work across. This is followed by team onboarding, training, and introductions. And every new A-Team joiner is welcomed with a goodie bag.
How would you describe the company culture?
We’re big on good vibes. Whether it’s daily lunches, hackathons, enjoying our rooftop terrace, or team events; there’s always something bringing us together. We celebrate diversity, and make sure everyone feels at home.
